Lisa has 18 years experience in IT , finance , automotive industries. Proficient in agile adoption, leadership consulting, OKR, and performance motivation/management.
Lisa was one of the core team which design and lead IBM CIO large-scale agile transformation from 2017-2019. And has provided agile consulting and training for HP, Lenovon, ICBC, PingAn China and other Fortune 500 companies.
Lisa has coached has coached 54 teams to adopting agile practices and provided 1v1 agile leadership coaching services to more than 30 middle and senior managers by now.
Lisa holds a Master’s in Design Thinking certification the MIT Sloan School of Management. She is also an IBM certified Design Thinking Thought Leader.
